You are the expert on your own health, I just operate as support for you to find the best shopping, cooking and eating options for your life.
I don't prescribe strict diets. I don't do weigh ins. I don't recommend cleanses or detoxes. I won't prescribe numerous supplements.
I practice evidence-based nutritional medicine. I provide weight inclusive care. I encourage people to tune into their body's nutritional needs and signals. I offer simple advice on how to shop, cook and eat to meet your needs.
Linley Peters is a Clinical Nutritionist and mum to one who lives and works in Sydney, Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) from The Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT) for which she was awarded the BioConcepts Engagement Award upon graduation for her contributions to the campus and college. Linley is accredited with the Australian Natural Therapists Association.
Good food is her passion and she is interested in all facets of food production from field to plate. Her professional aim is to enable others to make informed decisions about their nutrition and health.
